THE PRIDE OF TCU

The TCU Band will be traveling to cheer on the Horned Frogs December 31-January 4.

Check back often for updates regarding travel, performances and special events.

AIRPORT CHANGE

As of 12/30, the TCU Band will be flying out of Meacham Airport instead of DFW.

EVERYONE will need to park at TCU and ride the bus. There is no paring available at the airport.

BUS LIST

We have added an additional bus for the band to travel in due to the size of buses available.

Our original sign-up was for 4 buses - we have to redo it via e-mail for 5 buses.

In order to be as effecient as possible on Thursday morning we ask that everyone traveling with the band please e-mail Mr. Strickland (j.strickland@tcu.edu) by midnight, Wednesday, December 30 and tell him what bus you would like to be on. Drumline/Front Ensemble will be placed on bus 5 and do not need to e-mail.

If you do not e-mail Mr. Strickland you will be placed on a bus at the discretion of the staff.

PARKING on Thursday, December 31

Band and Spirit participants will park in the Lot behind the TCU Police Station off Merida Ave.
Overflow parking will be available in the two lots on each side of the Secrest-Wible building just accross
Merida Ave.

The Buses should stage along the north edge of the north lot of Secrest-Wible.

TRAILER LOADING

Mr. Youngblood will be at the trailer in LOT 2 today (Tuesday) from 3:30-5:30. If you have a larger instrument that needs to go on there you can meet him at that time.
